The film is about the Louvre Museum renovation, did it by the architect I.M.Pei. The intervention with the great piramid in the principal access square evoke the revolution architechts of the Enlightment, like the egyptian or pyramidal cenotafios of Boullee and Ledoux, as used Pei in the great Piramid and the inverted one. Both symbolic piramids have climatic function too, flooding with light the underground level.
